HUNTERS SIGHT IN FRIDAY-MONDAY SEPTEMBER 8TH-OCTOBER 15TH
Rentals are available for weddings, parties and special events. We rent to the public as well as to members. Maximum capacity is 250 people. The cost is $2000 plus a $1500 damage deposit, which is refundable.
Depending on availability: Early set up the evening prior - 4-9 pm, additional $500.
Rehearsals - additional $100 per hour.
Included in the rental is use of the main hall with hard wood floors, a stage, a sound system, projector, free WI-FI and all tables and chairs, the Foyer, Patio and use of the commercial kitchen which includes a flat top, 6 burners, 6 ovens, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, 100 cup coffee urn and steam tables available, if needed.
You are welcome to bring in your own food and/or hire a caterer. Here is a caterer we can recommend. Email them at firstname.lastname@example.org or check them out on the web: https://www.simplydeliciouscateringco.com/about.
There is also a separate changing room for anyone wishing to prepare for an event, such as a wedding. It is carpeted with a table, chairs and a garment rack. There is also a large restroom available for that area as well and handicapped accessible.
There are approximately 23 60" round, 8 72" and 10 96" rectangular tables, all seating 8 each, with 250 chairs for your use as well.
If you wish to serve alcohol, you will need to purchase a Banquet permit which is available from
the State Liquor Board: https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits or call (360) 664-1600 (select option 1). The cost is $10.
If you would like to visit the facility, you are welcome to do so. The office staff are available Monday through Friday between 10am and 3pm. Please call to set up an appointment. Tuesdays the clubhouse is open from 10 am to 9 pm or on Sundays 10am to 4pm. However, no one will be available for any questions.
The Foyer area, which includes the Beer Garden Patio and kitchen are also available for rent, with a capacity for 50 people, at a cost of $500 plus a $700.00 deposit.
The picnic area is available for rent at a cost of $500 plus a $500 deposit. Capacity is 250 people. It also comes with 5 trailer hook-ups if needed. To rent a site with power and water is $25 per night, tent sites are $10. There is a dump site available.
